The Short Version

Grid Glide does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything the game stores — your scores, streaks, and settings — lives entirely on your device and never leaves it.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

Your name, email address, or any contact information
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Usage analytics or crash reports
Any information about how you play the game

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Grid Glide saves the following data using your device's local storage (iOS: NSUserDefaults / Android: SharedPreferences):

Your high score and game history
Your current and best streak
App settings (sound, theme, text size)
Daily challenge completion dates

This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server we operate. You can delete all of it at any time from Settings → Delete All Data inside the app.

3. Third-Party Services

Grid Glide uses the following platform services provided by Apple and Google:

Apple App Store / Google Play — handles app distribution and in-app review prompts. Apple and Google's own privacy policies apply to these interactions.
Google Fonts — the app uses the Inter typeface, which may be fetched from Google's servers on first launch if not cached on your device. No personal data is sent in this request.

We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or any other third-party tracking.

4. Children's Privacy

Grid Glide is a word puzzle game suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, there is nothing to disclose regarding children's data under COPPA, GDPR-K, or the UK Children's Code.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / Australian Privacy Act)

Because we hold no personal data about you on any server, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete remotely. To erase all local game data, use Settings → Delete All Data in the app. This permanently removes everything the app has stored on your device.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we ever add features that involve data collection (such as cloud saves or a real leaderboard), we will update this policy and notify users through an app update. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
